Ever wanted to break away to an exotic island off the East Coast of Africa? Well, Meet Extreme Adventures is going to the beautiful island of Zanzibar from 22 to 29 May 2010! Whether you do scuba diving or not this is not a trip to be missed!

Costing only R10 507 per person sharing ALL INCLUSIVE, the Mapenzi Beach Club hotel is the ideal vacation spot for adventure and beach lovers. Set on the east coast of Zanzibar, about 45 km from the airport, Mapenzi Beach Club perfectly blends in the natural environment of the surrounding landscape covering an area of 4 hectares blessed with a long white sand beach and a tropical garden of palms and colorful bougainvillea.

The 87 spacious and comfortable bungalows are charmingly furnished in the traditional East African style. Mosquito nets are provided over the beds and every room is fitted with individual air conditioning system, ceiling fan, telephone for internal use, hairdryer and safe deposit box. A nice veranda in front of each bungalow offers the perfect place to indulge in a moment of laziness and relaxation.

Overlooking the stunning gardens with a glimpse at the ocean is the main restaurant where guests can enjoy the taste of the international cuisine and the local flavours at the kiswahili corner.

Breakfast is served from 07h30 to 10h00; buffet lunch is served from 13h00 to 15h00; and buffet dinner is served from 20h00 to 22h00

The Pool Bar is open from 10h00 to 01h00 and serves snacks, soft drinks, housewines, tea and coffee. From 18h00 to 01h00 “sundowners”, local spirits and cocktails are also available. The Beach Bar serves snacks, refreshing cool drinks, fruit juices, beer, housewine, tea and coffee from 10h00 to 18h00.

Other facilities include: Boutique; Drugstore; Library; Fax & internet services; Laundry; Swimming pool; Discotheque; Floodlit tennis court; Gymnastic activities daily; Nightly entertainment; and Table tennis.

Bookings must be made through Meet Extreme Adventures. Please call the organiser for upgrade options. Payment to be made to Meet Extreme Adventures by 20th April 2010 VIA EFT! NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – if you want to do credit card the organiser can make a plan.

Price excludes:

• Visas ($50) • Inoculations (Yellow Fever inoculation is compulsory) • Departure tax from Zanzibar.

This is included in the 1Time airline ticket but you are advised to have USD$30 with you for unpredicted changes by the Tanzania Government. If charged on departure this will be refunded to you

Health requirements: • You have to have a Yellow Fever inoculation and a certificate to get into the country. These can be obtained from any travel clinic close to you (most Netcare hospitals have clinics, phone and enquire beforehand). The inoculation must be obtained at least 10 days prior to departure • Malaria medication is recommended.

Visas: All visitors to Zanzibar and Tanzania need to have Visas. International clients outside of South Africa will need to contact the Tanzanian Consulate or ask one of our consultants for more information. Visas for South African passport holders can be obtained:
